The Infinity Bike Seat Warranty / Guarantee:

The Infinity Bike Seat is designed to be the most comfortable bike seat in the world. The warranty is against defects of materials and craftsmanship for one year.

In addition to the Step by Step Videos we provide on the website, we are assisting cyclists with Complimentary fittings to insure they are properly setup for their ride. Dr. Vince is available through email, FaceBook video, FaceTime, WhatsApp, ZOOM, etc. We are engaging with cyclists to make sure they Enjoy The Ride!!

Please condition after using any of these non-chaffing creams. Any damage to material(s) caused by non-chaffing creams will be the customer’s responsibility. This type of damage is NOT covered by our warranty. We are not responsible for scratches or tears or discoloration, or wear patterns that are created from regular usage. Any other structural issues will be covered through the warranty. If you experience any issues from using creams or butters, please contact your local leather artisan or shoe cobbler for repair.
