The Infinity Bike Seat is designed to be the most comfortable bike seat in the world. The warranty is against defects of materials and craftsmanship for one year.
Due to the hand crafting nature of each Infinity Seat, we will not be accepting refunds. By clicking below, you accept that this item is non-refundable or exchangeable. Thank you for your understanding.
Dr. Vince and the Infinity Seat team are available to help fit your seat along with the Setup Videos we have on the website. Please contact us for assistance.
First, all our Seats are individually hand-crafted and our Standard Seats take up to one to three weeks to create. Our Custom Seats could take two to four weeks to create. Second, once created, domestic delivery is usually from two to five days. International delivery usually takes from one and half weeks to three weeks depending on Customs. A package can be held up in Customs for an unknown amount of time.
No, Custom Fees are not included in the price of the Seat. Customs fees and regulations vary among each country.
For your convenience, FedEx will forward you directly the fees for your Customs duties.
We offer expedited shipping through FedEx. Shipping is not included in the price. The customer is responsible for all import duties, custom’s fees or VAT which are applied by the destination country. For your convenience, FedEx will forward you directly the fees for your Customs duties.

Each Infinity Seat is individually, hand-crafted by our leather artisans. Since we use genuine Italian leather there will be regular wear and tear on the material. To properly maintain your leather Infinity Seat you should care for it regularly with a leather conditioner. Using any type of non-chaffing cream can cause issues with the Seat. The chemicals used in the cream could breakdown the adhesive.
Please condition after using any of these non-chaffing creams. Any damage to material(s) caused by non-chaffing creams will be the customer’s responsibility. This type of damage is NOT covered by our warranty. We are not responsible for scratches or tears or discoloration, or wear patterns that are created from regular usage. Any other structural issues will be covered through the warranty. If you experience any issues from using creams or butters, please contact your local leather artisan or shoe cobbler for repair.
